This is a stunning pair of Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl screwback earrings.
The pearls are 5.00-5.50mm round. They have great luster with rosy overtones. It is set in solid sterling silver. They are stamped "JAPAN" and "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. Total length is 5/8 inch.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
