This is a lovely art deco strand of authentic vintage Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.
The pearls range from 7.50-8.00mm and have great luster and bright rosy overtones. There is a medium amount of natural blemishes.
Clasp is in solid sterling silver with an industrial/art deco design detailed with hand engraving and milgrain. It is stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. Total length is 17.75 inch. From Japan 1930's-1950's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
