This is a lovely pair of Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl screwback drop earrings.

The pearls are 3.50-4.00mm round. They have great luster with rosy overtones. They are a white to cream color. They are set into a row of engraved and milgrained silver leaves that is free moving from the top.

They are stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling silver. From Japan 1940's-1960's.  Total drop is 1 3/8 inch.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
