This is a stunning pair of Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl screwback earrings.
The pearls are 4.50-6.00mm round. They have great luster with rosy overtones. The two bottom pearls are free moving and dangle below the leaves. They are hand engraved with milgrain details.
It is set in solid sterling silver. They are stamped "STERLING". From Japan 1940's-1960's. Total drop is 1 1/4 inch.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
