This is a stunning authentic Mikimoto Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl lavaliere drop pendant. It is made of three segments that move freely.
The pearls measure 4.75-5.25mm. They have fantastic luster and rosy pink overtones. Good quality.
It is done in solid sterling silver with hand engravings and milgrain. It is stamped "M" in a clamshell for Mikimoto and "S" in a square for sterling. Total pendant length is 1 1/4 inch, 16 inch Mikimoto chain also stamped on the clasp. From Japan 1910's-1950's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned
