This is a lovely vintage handmade Japanese blue/gray, cream & white baroque saltwater akoya cultured pearl brooch.

The pearls are 7.50-8.50mm and are semi-baroque to round shape. They have great luster with pink overtones and colors ranging from medium blue/gray to cream and white. They are set among leafy details and swirls. 

It is made of solid sterling silver and is signed "STERLING". It is large and measures 2 1/2 inches long. From 1940's-1980's. 

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
