This is a lustrous mid-century strand of Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.
The pearls measure 5.50mm and have very fantastic luster, rosy pink overtones and very few blemishes. High quality.
The clasp is in solid sterling silver with braided details. It also has a single pearl set in the center. It is not stamped but tested for solid sterling silver. Total length is 18 inch. From Japan 1950's-1980's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
