This is a well made vintage Ming's of Honolulu sterling silver & Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl leaf brooch.
The pearls measure 6.00-7.00mm and have great luster and rosy pink overtones. They are a white color and slightly baroque.
It is stamped "STERLING" for sterling silver and "MINGS" of Ming's of Honolulu, a designer popular in Hawaii during the mid-century that went out of business in the 1990's. Wonderful details on the leaf. Total length is 2 1/2 inch.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
