This is a lovely pair of vintage Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl screwback climber vine earrings.
The pearls have great luster and rosy pink overtones. They measure 4.00-4.75mm. They are arranged in a climbing vine pattern with a single high polished leaf.
They are set in solid sterling silver. Stamped "STERLING" for sterling silver. Total length is 1 1/4 inch. Roughly from 1950's-1980's Japan.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
