This is a lovely quality vintage strand of Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.

The pearls range from 5.50-5.75mm and have fantastic luster, rosy pink overtones and very few blemishes. Good quality strand. 

The clasp is in solid sterling silver with swirl and milgrain details. It also has a single pearl set in the center. It is stamped "SILVER" for solid sterling silver. Total length is 19.75 inch. From Japan 1940's-1970's.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
