This is a rare handmade large Japanese blue & golden saltwater akoya cultured pearl flower brooch.

The pearls are 9.00-9.25mm round. They have great luster with pink overtones and colors ranging from bright golden color to a lustrous blue/gray. They are slightly baroque. 

It is made of solid sterling silver with hand built flowers. It is stamped "STERLING" and measures 2 inches long. From the 1940's-1960's.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
