This is a quality example of a classic opera length Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl necklace.
The pearls are 6.00-6.50mm. They are round with very good luster, bright rosy pink overtones and a very light amount of natural blemishes. They are white in color.
Clasp is fishhook style with filigree burst style. It is in solid yellow gold and is stamped "14K". Total length is 31.75 inches. From the 1950's-1980's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
