This is a choker length strand of cream color Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.
The pearls measure 7.00-7.50mm and round, very slightly graduated. They have great luster with rosy pink overtones. They are a light cream or golden color.
Clasp is in solid sterling and features hand engraving and a double row of milgrain. It is stamped "SILVER" for solid sterling silver. Total length is 15.50 inches. From Japan 1940's-1970's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
