This is a lovely engraved vintage Japanese saltwater cultured akoya pearl and sterling silver choker necklace.
It features lustrous pearls with rosy overtones. They measure from 6.50-7.00mm and are round with even color. Light to medium amount of natural blemishes.
Total length is 15.25 Inch, it is a choker or for a petite person. The clasp is hand engraved with milgrain detailing and a 3.50mm pearl set in the center. It is stamped "STERLING" for sterling silver. From Japan 1930-1980's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
