This is a unique blue/gray baroque Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl & sterling silver grape dangle pendant or brooch.

The pearls measure 7.00-8.00mm and are a medium blue/gray color with light pink overtones. They are a very baroque shape. They are attached by a chain and angle freely from the detailed grape design. 

It is made of solid sterling silver and features a swirling vine and brushed grape leaf in the center. Total pendant drop is 1 1/2 inch. Stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. It has a pendant loop and can also be worn as a brooch. From Japan 1950's-1980's. 

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
