This is a cute vintage cream/golden Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl heart ring.
The pearl is 5.50mm round. It has good luster with rosy overtones and is a golden/cream color.
It is set in solid sterling silver and is a mid-century heart design. It is stamped "STER". US size 6.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned. Some tarnish and patina on metal.
