This is a high quality Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl spray brooch with a mid-century design.
The pearls are 6.50-6.75mm and round. They have fantastic luster with sharp rosy pink overtones.
It is made of solid sterling silver. The leaves have a diamond brushed texture with high polished sprays surrounding them. It is stamped "STERLING". It measures 2 1/8 inches long. From Japan 1950's-1980's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
