This is a lovely classic vintage Japanese saltwater cultured akoya pearl and sterling silver necklace.
It features lustrous pearls with rosy overtones. They measure 6.50mm and are round with even color. Not the sharpest luster, but still good quality. Medium amount of blemishes.
Total length 15.50 Inch. The clasp is hand engraved with milgrain detailing and a pearl set in the center. It is stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling silver. From Japan 1940-1960's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
