This is a lovely vintage strand of Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls and sterling silver.
The pearls range from 6.00-6.25mm and have great luster and bright rosy pink overtones.
The clasp is engraved and textured gold plate and is a solid sterling silver fishhook style. It is stamped "SILVER". Total length is 14.50 inch, it is a very tight choker. Mid-century.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
