This is a lovely petite vintage Japanese cultured saltwater akoya pearl and yellow gold choker necklace.
The pearls measure 3.00-6.00mm with fantastic luster and bright rosy overtones. They are a white color and graduated. Very light natural blemishes.
The clasp is solid 14K yellow gold and has a modern basket weave style. It is stamped "14K". Total length is 14.50in, it is a very tight choker. From the 1950's-1980's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
