This is a stunning Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl butterfly link bracelet.
The pearls measure about 6.00mm round. They have fantastic luster with rosy overtones. The pearl on the clasp is 3.75mm.
They are set in solid sterling silver butterflies with milgrain and engraving. They are nicely detailed. It is stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. It has a safety lock on the side of the clasp and a safety chain. Total length is 7.50 inch. From Japan 1950's-1980's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
