This is a floral wreath brooch or pin made with Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearls.

The pearls are 5.00mm and are round. They have good luster with pink overtones. They are a white/cream color.

It is made of solid sterling silver and has a unique swirling design of leaves with milgrain edging. Stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. From Japan 1950-1960's. It measures 1 1/4 inches long.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
