This is a lovely mid-century modern pearl brooch with blue/gray Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.
The pearls measure 6.00-6.50mm with a silver/blue body color. They have very good luster with rosy overtones.
It is made of solid sterling silver and has a swirling leaf design. Stamped "SILVER" for solid sterling silver. It measures 2 inches long. From mid-century Japan.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
