This is a cute vintage Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl leaf pin by the Binder Brothers.
It features two pearls and delicately detailed flower petals. The pearls measure 3.50mm and good luster with rosy overtones.
It is in solid sterling silver and is stamped "STERLING" and "BB". The Binder Brothers were a jewelry company out of NYC in the 1920's created by two German brothers Elmer C. Binder and Lawrence O. Binder. It measures 1 1/4 inch across.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
"These Mikimoto set are very beautiful and what I would consider simply understated elegance. Am so happy I found them."

"I simply love this akoya pearl necklace. The pearls are lustrous and smooth, so nice to wear. The necklace is very long, which I really like. I think that I got a great deal on it. It's exactly what I wanted."
