This is a lovely mid-century baroque blue Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl ribbon pendant or charm. It was converted from a pair of earrings, there are two available.

The pearls measure an average of 7.00-8.00mm and are a medium blue/gray color with rosy pink overtones and good luster. They are a baroque or drop shape with wrinkles, tails and other features of baroque pearls.

It is made of solid sterling silver and features a ribbon design. It was handmade and not cast. Total pendant drop is 1 1/8 inch. Not stamped but solid sterling silver. From mid-century.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
