This is a rare & unique baroque blue Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl grape leaf bracelet.
The pearls are large and range from 7.50-9.00mm. They have great luster with rosy overtones. The color ranges from a medium blue to grayish blue. They are a very baroque shape. Set among finely detailed leaves with hand engraving and milgrain.
It is set in solid sterling silver. Stamped "STERLING 950" which is slightly more pure than standard sterling. From Japan 1940's-1960's. Total length is 7 1/2 inch. It has an attached safety chain.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
