This is lovely mid-century opera length strand of baroque Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.
The pearls measure 7.00mm and have great luster with bright rosy pink overtones. They are round to semi baroque and have wrinkles and other natural blemishes common with baroque pearls.
Clasp is in solid sterling silver with an round mid-century design. It is stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. Total length is 36.50 inch. From 1940s-1980's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
