This is a unique arts & crafts era freshwater river pearl & sterling silver heart pendant or charm. It was converted from a brooch.
The pearls are half dome and organic shaped. They are bright white in color with good luster and no colored overtones. They are set into claw prongs and leaves which have marcasite and milgrain details.
It is made of solid sterling silver and is stamped "STERLING". It measures 1 1/4 inch including the bail. Early 1900's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
