This is a lovely pair of modernist Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl screwback earrings by A&Z.

The pearls are lustrous with light pink overtones. They measure 5.50mm each. They are stamped "STERLING" and "A&Z". 

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
