This is vintage strand of Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.

The pearls measure 6.50-7.00mm and have ok luster with light rosy pink overtones. Some pearls are more lustrous than others, they are inconstant.

Clasp is in solid sterling silver with a single pearl in the center. It has engraved and milgrain details. It is stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. Total length is 16.75 inch. From Japan 1950s-1980's.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
