This is a stunning Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl mid-century modern necklace.
It features a single, highly lustrous, pearl measuring 6.00mm. It is fantastic quality and has bright rosy pink overtones.
It is in solid sterling silver and is stamped "SILVER" on the chain as well as the pendant bail. Chain is 17.50 inches with an ornate engraved clasp. From Japan 1950's-1960's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
