This is a lovely textured bamboo sterling silver & Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl tie bar.

The pearl is 7.75mm round. It has great luster with bright rosy overtones.

The setting is made of solid silver and features a textured bamboo design. Stamped "SILVER 850" which is slightly less than traditional sterling. It is from mid-Century Japan. Total length is 1 1/2 inch. 

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
