This is a vintage pair of mid century engraved Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl screwback earrings.

The pearls measure from 3.50mm-5.75mm. They have good luster with rosy pink overtones and white color. 

They are stamped "SILVER" for solid sterling silver. The earrings measure 7/8 inch long. From Japan 1930's-1980's.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
