This is a beautiful pair of Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl screwback earrings.

The pearls are 3.50-5.75mm round. They have great luster with rosy overtones. They are set among hand engravings with milgrain details. 

It is made of solid sterling silver. They are stamped "SILVER". From Japan 1930's-1950's.  Total drop is 7/8 inch.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
