This is a lovely pair of bright blue Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl screwback earrings.

The pearls measure 5.50mm and are a medium/light blue/gray color. They have great luster with rosy overtones. 

They are set in solid sterling silver star with milgrain accents and stamped "SILVER" for sterling silver. Total length is 5/8 Inch. From 1930's-1980's.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
