Modernist Ribbon Burst Japanese Saltwater Akoya Cultured Pearl Vintage Brooch- Sterling Silver
This is a lovely mid-century Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl ribbon burst brooch.
The pearls are highly lustrous and measure 6.50-6.75mm and have bright rosy pink overtones.
It is made of solid sterling silver and has a high polished texture. It is stamped "STERLING" for sterling silver. It measures 1 1/2 inches long. From Japan, 1950's-1980's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
