This is a stunning rare petite vintage blue Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl necklace.
The pearls are 3.25-4.00mm and are a light blue/gray color, they are very small. They have rosy overtones and good luster.
Clasp is a mid-century hook style and a single pearl in the center. It is stamped "SILVER" for sterling. Total length is 32 inches. From mid-century Japan.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
