This is a large vintage strand of baroque Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.

The pearls measure 7.50-8.00mm and have good luster with rosy pink overtones. They are baroque to semi-baroque with a medium amount of natural blemishes, wrinkles, tails and other features.

Clasp is in solid sterling silver with a single pearl in the center. It is stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. Total length is 16.50 inch. From mid-century or a little later.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
