This is a vintage nouveau Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl and sterling silver brooch.
The pearls are lustrous and measure 4.75mm. They have rosy pink overtones and are white in color.
It is made of solid sterling silver and has engraved and milgrained details. It is not stamped but tested for solid sterling silver. It measures 1 7/8 inches long. From Japan, 1930's-1960's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
