This is a cute mid-century cherry blossom flower pendant featuring a single Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl. It was converted from a vintage sweater clip, there are two available.
The pearl measures 6.50mm and is lustrous and white. It has rosy pink overtones and few blemishes. It is surrounded by hand detailed leaves and flower petals.
It is made of solid sterling silver and is well made. It is stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. Measures 1 1/4 inch including the bail. From the 1950's-1960's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
