This is a classic circular wreath designed Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl brooch.

The pearls are 5.00-5.25mm round. They have good luster with pink overtones. They are a white/cream color.

It is made of solid sterling silver and has a unique design of leaves with milgrain edging. Not stamped but tested for sterling silver. From Japan 1950-1960's. It measures 1 1/4 inches long.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
