This is a stunning mid-century modern Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl lily of the valley brooch.

The pearls are 7.00-7.25mm round. They have great luster with rosy pink overtones. They hang below the leaves and move freely.

It is made of solid sterling silver. The leaves have a milgrain or beaded texture and make it look like lace. It is stamped "SILVER". It measures 2 1/2 inches long. From Japan 1950's-1960's. 

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
