This is a vintage high quality designer strand by Marata Pearl Co. It is made of Japanese saltwater akoya pearls and 14k white gold.

The pearls are graduated and measure from 3.00-7.00mm. They are round with great luster and bright rosy pink overtones. 

Clasp is a filigree fishhook design in solid white gold. It is stamped "14K". Comes in the original geometric silk box. Box is signed "MURATA PEARL CO LTD" "CULTURED PEARLS". Box is in good condition but some silk on the outside is unraveled/missing. Total length is 21 inches. From the 1940's-1960's.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
