This is a lovely vintage Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl cluster ring.

The pearls are a cream/white color and measure 4.25-5.25mm. Good luster with light rosy pink overtones. They are baroque with natural blemishes and wrinkles. 

It is set in solid sterling silver with hand engraved and milgrain details. Mid-century style. It is stamped "STERLING" for sterling silver. US size 6 3/4. 

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned. Some tarnish on the shank, could use a polish if desired.
