This is a lovely vintage Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl and diamond heart pendant.

The pearl measures 7.75mm and is lustrous with rosy overtones. It is accented by a single 2.50mm natural white round diamond. 

It is made of solid 14K yellow gold. It measures 1 inch total including the bail. It is stamped "14K" for solid yellow gold. 

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
