Marcasite Cream Golden Double Strand Japanese Cultured Akoya Pearl Vintage Necklace -Sterling Silver 18.75 & 20.50 Inch
This is an antique marcasite & Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearl double strand necklace.
The pearls measure 4.00-7.75mm with great luster and rosy pink overtones.Light amount of blemishes and some are off round or slightly baroque. They are a cream or light golden color.
The clasp is solid sterling silver and deco style with milgrain and black marcasites set onto the top. It is stamped "STERLING SILVER". Total length is 18.75 & 20.50 inch. From the 1930's-1950's.
All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
