This is a vintage designer Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl grape pin by Harry S. Bick.

The pearls are lustrous with bright rosy overtones. They measure 4.75mm and are formed in a cluster to resemble grapes.

It is in solid sterling silver and is stamped "STERLING" and "HSB" for Harry Bick & Sons. Light frosted texture on the leaves. It measures 1 5/8 inch long. 

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
