This is a lovely handmade Japanese golden, blue & white saltwater akoya cultured pearl branch brooch.

The pearls are 5.75-7.00mm and a round to semi-baroque shape. They have great luster with pink overtones and colors ranging from medium blue/gray to golden, cream and white. 

It is made of solid sterling silver and is handmade, not cast. The branches have a stippling texture and are well formed. It measures 1 1/4 inches long. From 1940's-1970's. Not stamped. 

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
