This is a stunning graduated deco strand of authentic vintage Japanese saltwater akoya cultured pearls.

The pearls range from 3.25-6.75mm and have fantastic luster and bright pink overtones. Very few natural blemishes, good quality. Fairly petite strand. 

Clasp is in solid sterling silver with an industrial/art deco design with hand engraving, milgrain and a single 3.25mm pearl set in the center. It is stamped "SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. Total length is 18.75 inch. From Japan 1930's-1950's.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned and restrung.
