This is a lovely pair of vintage Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl screwback dangle earrings.

The pearls have great luster and rosy pink overtones. They measure 5.00mm. They move freely under a leafy bow design with hand engraving and milgrain. Very well made. 

It is set in solid sterling silver. Stamped "A SILVER" which is an older mark for sterling. Total length is 3/4 inch. Roughly from 1940's-1960's Japan. 

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
